Instructions:

Seeded Sourdough:

1. Prepare the Dough:

   - In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, whole wheat flour, sourdough starter, salt, and water. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

   - Fold in the mixed seeds until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

   - Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise at room temperature for 12-14 hours, or until doubled in size.

2. Shape and Proof:

   - Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round loaf. Place the loaf into a well-floured proofing basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side up.

   - Cover and let it rise for another 2-3 hours, or until puffy and nearly doubled in size again.

3. Bake the Bread:
